Any chance of making some VERY short tracks for Win/Lose tracks in different genre styles (just a few notes/drums sort of thing)?

Many thanks for the continued support and updates :)

Hi Eric, yes I had seen that page, but there's nothing there that fits what I was thinking (or wanting for something I'm working on).

I was thinking more tuneful than melodic. Something short and jinglish - if you can recall Link (from Zelda) opening a treasure chest; the end result - "ta da da DAAAAAAAAA!" sort of thing (but NOT the same), or some horn/trumpet success/failure. Some celebratory horn work for defeating a boss or succeeding in an RPG or suchlike.

Anyway, keep up the excellent work - I've picked out a number of pieces of your work for my game, although I'm nowhere near knowing where they will go!

Hi Eric

It wasn't for me personally (although I will need something at some point i'm sure); I just found that there was a distinct lack of intros/outros/win/lose pieces in your collection. You've got music for every eventuality, including titlescreens, maps, background effects and in-game. You've even got some sfx and bit and bobs, but nothing that ties all the bits together as you transition from one part to another, if you get my drift. Anyway, as I've said before, and will say again, thankyou so much for your awesome contributions and continued support.

Hey Ian,

Thanks for the feedback...I really appreciate it! I could easily create short intros/outros and win/lose tracks, but there are so many genres of games now that it's hard to know which ones to do! Plus, those kinds of tracks really need to fit stylistically with the rest of the music in a game, so I tend to make those while creating other tracks for clients. If you (or anyone else) needs them created special, I can certainly do them as custom pieces...feel free to email me and we can discuss it. (My email address is at the bottom of my homepage.) :-)

In the meantime...

Here are this week's new free tracks:

On the Horror/Surreal page:
"Wicked Dreams" (Looping)
http://soundimage.org/horrorsurreal/

On the Sci-Fi 6 page:
"End of Life for a Machine-Being"
"Future City Life" (Looping)
http://soundimage.org/sci-fi-6/

And on the Sports page:
Guitar Mayhem 10 (Looping)
http://soundimage.org/sports/

Have a good week! :-)
