Re: Jetboard Joust - Defender-Inspired Cute Retro SHMUP - Alpha Now Available For MacOS and Windows

Interesting reading the game dev decisions. All seem like good improvements. Is this the start of the last 10% (that takes 90% of the time) :)

Don't know anything about Arduino, but I did see that you can use C code to write games in...

Re: Pizza

I'm gluten and dairy free, but I do make a pizza bread. Cut an un-sliced GF loaf horizontally for the base. Toast one side, cover the other in some tomato paste+sriracha+olive oil, then some dairy free cheese (lactofree none of that coconut oil bullshit), sliced chicken mixed with spicy BBQ powder, ...

Re: Mini Competition #4 -Do it

I've been fucked health wise most of this year. Been at coping levels the last wee while so I'm still working on Cyber City Punchout. Probably 3weeks work, but given the current pace, probably another 3 months.

Re: The board game thread

Not sure how much these fit what you're after, but this is just what we've played. Really nice once again.

Does the radar need something to differentiate enemies? Doubt it affects gameplay (assuming boss fights are without all the other normal level enemies), but looks a bit odd having the mini worms the same as the boss on the radar.

Re: WIP: Escape From Cyber City

Had a bad few months, however back in the coding chair. Took a diversion to work on new version of the generic config editor I used to have. It supports headtracker, oneswitch (2 types) and standard key/mouse/pad controls and it's to let someone tweak all the obscure stuff that I don't want confusin...

Carry flag....wow that brought back some memories from a looong time ago. Here's my random thing. I was in the eaves digging through my Spectrum box. Found this reply from Design Design to a letter I wrote them when I was 14 (I was a big Design Design fan after finding the hidden text when dumping t...
